Project description:
"The job is to take a fresh social-media concept from idea to fully-functioning cross-platform mobile app using Flutter. I’m targeting simultaneous release on both iOS and Android, so a clean, maintainable single-codebase is essential.

Core functionality I need implemented:

• User profiles – sign-up/login (email, phone or social OAuth), avatar & cover photo upload, bio, follower/following counts
• Feed/Timeline – infinite scroll, photo/video posts, likes, comments, basic content reporting
• Messaging – real-time 1-to-1 and group chat with push notifications and message status indicators
• Broadcasting – users can launch a live or scheduled broadcast that followers join in real time (audio or video; open to tech suggestions)

I have wireframes and a feature map ready; UI assets can be supplied or you can help refine them in Flutter’s widget tree. Code must be well-structured (Bloc, Provider or another clear state-management solution) and pushed to a private Git repo with meaningful commits.

Deliverables are:
1. Flutter source code with README and build instructions
2. Working builds on TestFlight and Google Play Internal Testing
3. Brief hand-over call or documentation covering setup, third-party services and future extension points
