"I’m building a hyper-local delivery ecosystem that connects neighborhood groceries, small restaurants, and pharmacies to nearby customers. The scope covers four components delivered together:

• Customer app (iOS & Android)
• Driver app (iOS & Android)
• Merchant web/mobile panel
• Central admin dashboard

Core workflow
1. GPS pinpoints the customer and instantly lists stores within our service zone.
2. A flat 5 SAR delivery fee applies inside that zone; beyond it, the fee scales automatically with distance.
3. Customers choose cash on delivery, Mada POS, or online payments (STC Pay, Apple Pay, Visa).
4. Orders progress with real-time tracking, in-app chat between all parties, and a full order history log.

Additional notes
• Single-language interface is fine for the first release, so no localisation layer is needed.
• Clean, intuitive UI/UX for both apps and panels is essential—think one-tap reorder and map-first navigation.
• Please include push-notification integration, secure login (OTP / social optional), and a promo-code field that the admin can manage.
• I’ll need source code, store deployment, and basic hand-over documentation.

Timeline is 4–6 weeks from kickoff; I’m flexible on tech stack (native or a robust cross-platform such as Flutter / React Native) as long as performance remains smooth and the admin dashboard is web-based.
