"I'm looking for a freelancer to help set up a basic Android WebView app and a simple HTML website. The project involves creating a static app using HTML and CSS, with a focus on a redeem system. Key Requirements:
- Develop a simple 3–4 page website using HTML and CSS.
- Implement a redeem system with QR code scanning functionality.
- Set up a token log system using Firebase or Google Sheets.
- Create an Android app that opens the WebView version of the website.
- Assist with domain and hosting setup (domain is available if needed).

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Android development.

Budget and Payment:
