"My WooCommerce store is up and running on a standard theme with the PhonePe payment plugin, but the interface still feels generic. I’d like you to dive in, audit the current build, and deliver a noticeably sharper, faster-loading experience that encourages visitors to complete purchases.

The first focus is the Homepage. I need the banner design revamped with more engaging visuals, a cleaner product display layout, and a navigation menu that feels intuitive on both desktop and mobile. While doing so, please keep performance in mind—speed gains are as important as aesthetics.

Beyond the homepage, I also want incremental tweaks across product pages and the checkout flow so the entire journey feels cohesive. That may involve template overrides, CSS/JS refinements, smart use of WooCommerce hooks, and whatever lightweight plugins or custom code you believe suit the goal without bloating the site.
