"I want a caring, playfully strict “virtual Mommy” who will guide me through my evening routine entirely by text message. The tone should be toddler-friendly—think short, encouraging sentences, a bit of praise, and the occasional firm reminder when I stall.

Core routines
• 7:30 p.m. – text me to start brushing my teeth
• 8:00 p.m. – make sure I’m in bed, lights out
Additional toddler-style tasks can be agreed on as we go (tidying toys, quick stretches, sipping water, etc.).

Parental controls
I need real limits put on both my PC and iPhone. Please help me install and configure a solution that:
• Blocks distracting sites/apps after the agreed bedtime
• Sends you automatic usage reports so you can “check in” on my behaviour
• Can be adjusted together as needed without locking me out of essential work tools during the day

Communication & tracking
Everything happens by text. You’ll send the reminders, wait for my photo or text proof (“all brushed!”), and follow up if I don’t respond. A quick daily summary—what went well, what needs work—would be great.

Deliverables
1. Initial plan outlining the exact apps/settings you’ll use for device control (PC + iPhone).
2. Live text-based supervision of the two main tasks (brushing teeth, going to bed) for one week.
3. End-of-week report with suggested tweaks.
