Objective:
Automate the retrieval of NYC DOB & ECB violations, verify them, match them to property owners, and initiate Click2Mail mailings—backed by a dashboard showing performance metrics.

SYSTEM FEATURES
1. Data Integration
• Connect to NYC Open Data APIs:
o DOB Violations
o ECB Violations
o ACRIS or other NYC Property Records
• Confirm each ECB number via NYC ECB Ticket Finder (scraping or API fallback).
2. Data Processing & Matching
• Match violation addresses to property owners using BBL (Borough-Block-Lot) and property ID cross-referencing.
• Retrieve owner names and mailing addresses.
• Handle entity types (LLCs vs Individuals) to select flyer type.
3. Click2Mail Integration
• Auto-generate and submit mailer jobs using Click2Mail API.
• Track sent flyers with job IDs or status responses.
4. Dashboard & Metrics
• Admin dashboard to show:
o Number of violations pulled
o Flyers sent (by date, type)
o Response tracking (manual or integrated call log estimator)
5. Automation
• Daily cron job or scheduler:
o Fetch new data
