Project Scope:

We are seeking an experienced automation and content workflow expert to set up and manage two connected AI-driven systems:

1. Premium Newsletter Setup (Investor-Focused)
• Use Beehiiv to set up a branded email newsletter platform
• Integrate a newsletter sign-up form into an existing personal brand website (HTML/WordPress)
• Automate two weekly content outputs:
• Saturday: Long-form investor-focused newsletter (600–1,000 words) on mining investment and commodities trends
• Wednesday: Short one-paragraph deal-flow teaser based on off-market or strategic mining project opportunities
• Weekly themes should be driven by Google Trends keywords provided or identified (e.g. “Copper supply crisis”, “Battery metals boom”, “Resource nationalism”)
• AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper) to be used for content generation
• Automation should allow easy review/editing and scheduled posting

2. Weekly AI Blog Publishing System
• Set up a parallel AI-generated blog post flow based on Google Trends keywords
• Focus on themes like tokenized mining finance, digital asset streaming, and future of mining capital markets
• Post blog content to existing backend (WordPress, Webflow, or HTML export)
• Ensure alignment with visual brand tone and premium positioning


Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience with Beehiiv and newsletter automation
• Familiarity with AI copywriting tools (GPT-4, Jasper, Claude, etc.)
• Understanding of Google Trends keyword sourcing and prompt engineering
