"I already have a mobile-friendly website with separate white-label pages for each partner. What I need now is a lightweight Flutter app that runs on both iOS and Android, acting purely as a WebView wrapper around that site.

Here is the key flow:

• A partner shares a store link that contains their Partner ID.
• When the user installs the app from that link, the Partner ID is captured and saved locally.
• On every launch the app reads the saved Partner ID, stitches it into the white-label URL, and opens the correct version of the site inside the WebView.

No login screens, social sign-ins, or other authentication are required—users will simply browse content that the website already provides. The only piece of data that must survive between sessions is the Partner ID.

Deliverables I need from you:
1. Flutter source code for iOS and Android using a stable WebView package.
2. Handling of install-time deep links (or an equivalent mechanism) that captures and stores the Partner ID.
3. Local persistence of that Partner ID (SharedPreferences/NSUserDefaults is fine).
4. Ready-to-upload release builds for both platforms plus brief setup notes so I can repeat the build myself.
5. Walkthrough of how to get the apps published in relevant platform
