"I’m looking for a developer who can build a full-featured Android application that lets any user stream and share videos—movies, web series, TV shows, songs, short clips, you name it—without facing takedowns or service interruptions.

Core flow
• A fresh user lands on a sign-in screen that offers both email-password and social log-in.
• Once inside, they can upload a video in virtually any standard format. Straight after uploading they should be able to preview part of their own content so they know it went through correctly.
• Other users can instantly discover and watch that video through smooth in-app streaming.

Tracking & analytics
I need to log two key metrics per user: total watch time and number of uploads. Those figures must be visible in both the user profile and an admin dashboard so I can calculate viewing allowances or possible rebates later on.

Tech expectations
The build targets Android only. Feel free to use Kotlin, Java, or a cross-platform engine such as Flutter as long as performance stays solid. Cloud storage (AWS S3, Firebase, or a similar CDN-ready option) plus adaptive streaming would be ideal to keep bandwidth lean while avoiding regional blocks.

Deliverables
1. Production-ready Android APK/AAB.
