"I need a web-based solution that pushes each request through a configurable, multi-level approval flow. Every step in the chain should be assignable to specific IT roles and must capture timestamps, comments, and a full audit trail. Notifications should reach approvers by email (and ideally Microsoft Teams) and allow one-click approve, reject, or reroute.

Alongside the workflow engine, the system has to host a central master-data module. This is not the standard employee or asset registry; instead, I need an adaptable catalog where I can define my own reference tables—think system codes, environment IDs, or any future data set we decide to add. CRUD operations from a clean admin UI, versioning, and a REST/GraphQL API to expose that data to other internal tools are essential.

• Responsive web UI (React, Angular, or similar) connected to a secure API layer
• Dynamic workflow builder supporting parallel or sequential paths, unlimited levels, and SLA timers
• Role-based access control tied to our Active Directory or Azure AD
• Master-data repository with history tracking and granular permissions
• Audit logs exportable to CSV/JSON and visible in-app
• Containerised deployment (Docker/Kubernetes) with environment files for dev, test, and prod
