"I need my existing Fast2SMS account wired directly into my Shopify store by API, with no intermediary apps or services in the middle. The goal is simple: every time an order moves through its life-cycle, the customer should automatically receive an SMS.

Scope of events
• When an order is placed, send an order-confirmation text.
• When an order is shipped, push a shipping-update text.
• When an order is delivered, fire a delivery-confirmation text.

Implementation notes
– Catch the three events above via Shopify webhooks or the Admin API, then trigger Fast2SMS REST calls with the customer’s phone number dynamically inserted.
– Code must sit inside my Shopify theme or a private app, keep the Fast2SMS API key secure (ENV or Shopify’s secrets manager), and avoid slowing page load.
– Provide clear documentation so I can adjust the SMS template wording later without touching code.
– End-to-end testing with my Fast2SMS account is part of the hand-off; I’ll click through a test purchase and expect the three messages in real time.

Deliverables
1. Clean, commented code or a ready-to-install private app.
2. Setup guide covering webhook creation, API key placement, and message template editing.
3. Confirmation that SMS fire correctly for the three specified events.
