"Each month I publish a fresh stock list in Google Sheets and need a lightweight web portal that lets clients sign in with their own email-and-password credentials and view the latest sheet—nothing more, nothing less.

Core flow
• I upload or paste the new Google Sheet ID in an admin area.
• The portal pulls that sheet through the Google Sheets API and shows it in a clean, scrollable viewer.
• Clients log in, land on the most recent sheet, and can move back to prior months via a simple selector.
• Their permissions stay read-only at all times; no edits, comments, or downloads.

Tech preferences
I’m flexible on stack—Laravel, Node, Django, or another modern framework is fine—as long as it deploys smoothly on typical shared hosting or a small VPS and keeps the interface responsive on mobile.

Deliverables
1. Secure email-and-password authentication flow (registration handled by me or via an admin panel).
2. Admin screen to register or update the monthly Google Sheet link.
3. Client dashboard with embedded, view-only sheet and month selector.
4. Clear setup documentation plus deployment instructions.

Acceptance criteria
• Successful login gates all sheet content.
• Latest sheet appears automatically after upload/update.
