"ongoing BEPO project (Expo RN + NestJS + PostgreSQL + Redis + Cloudinary on Render).

48-Hour Fix Plan
Access I’ll need (immediately)

Git repo (read/write), EAS & Expo accounts, Render dashboard, Cloudinary console.

.env for dev/stage/prod, DB URL, Redis URL, Cloudinary keys (unsigned/signed).

Postman collection (if any) and latest crash/build logs.

Day 1 — Rapid Triage & Biggest Wins

Backend (NestJS/Render)

Enable structured logs + request IDs; turn on health/ready probes.

Check env parity, Node/PNPM versions, and memory/timeouts on Render.

Fix common breakages: CORS, JWT expiry/clock skew, Redis TTLs, Cloudinary signature endpoint.

DB: run pending migrations, add missing indexes (FKs, search columns), verify pool size.

Hot paths: cache GETs with Redis; clamp N+1 queries; cap payload sizes.

Stabilize OpenAPI/Swagger and export a Postman collection.

Frontend (Expo/React Native/Web)

EAS build failures: lock Node/Expo SDK versions, clean pods/gradle, fix permissions.

Fix auth flows (refresh token loop, 401 handling), network timeouts, and stale cache.

Media: migrate to signed uploads; use Cloudinary transformations (quality/format).

Push: verify Expo push config and token registration.

Web (PWA): check env inject, CORS, and route fallbacks.

Deliverables end of Day 1

Triage report with root causes, fixes applied, items left.

Green CI (lint/test/build) + working staging deploy (API + app).

Day 2 — Hardening & Hand-off

Performance & Reliability

Add Redis rate-limit & simple circuit breaker on upstream calls.

Audit error taxonomy; consistent API error shape.

Add essential indexes; verify p95 latency on top 5 endpoints.

Quality & DX

Minimal test harness: auth, media, one critical CRUD path (Jest + Supertest).

Crash/error tracking hooks (Sentry or equivalent) wired in client & server.

EAS build profiles (dev/staging/prod) + Render blue/green deploy notes.

Deliverables end of Day 2

Fix log with PR links.

Updated .[login to view URL], Runbook (Setup/Deploy/Rollback), and Postman/OpenAPI.
