"Very simple mobile app ( ios and android ) for a questionnaire tool that allows :
1. User register/ login in the app
2. User selects a questionnaire from a set of questionnaires ( Questions for a course ) and starts answering ( 2 types / multiple categories)
3. All wrong answers are available to review after completing the questionnaire
4. User can send the questionnaire on email for history purposes

Necessary functionalities :
1. Account creation from Mobile app ( email / fb/google/apple ) with 10 fields max ( name/email/dob/location/type ... )
2. Account Creation on web page ( [login to view URL] )
3. App is linked to Admin section where I can manage :
- List of questions / categories / types
- add / remove/ modify questions from questionnaire
- approve / add/ modify/ block users
- assign tests ( from 2 types) to a user
- CRUD actions
4. App must be in 2 languages ( English and German )
5. Payment for access ( on register) via stripe or paypal for users
6. Add content with packages / info / about / contact / help on website that is visibile from mobile app also

I need also a simple design for the app ( nothing fancy ).
I need timeline / costs . App can be done in flutter .
Payment will be done on the completition of the project and app is functional on website/ app store/playstore and git code.
