"I am looking for a developer or small team to build a simple mobile app (iOS & Android) with the following functions:
• User sign up/login (email/social)
• Users can list an activity/service with details (title, description, date/time, location, price, min/max participants)
• Other users can browse and enroll in activities
• Map integration (search by nearby location/radius)
• Online payments (secure checkout, funds held until activity is confirmed)
• Notifications (reminders, confirmations, updates)
• Basic admin panel (web dashboard) to manage users, listings, payments

Technical Requirements
• Cross-platform app (Flutter/React Native preferred)
• Backend with database (Node.js / Python / PostgreSQL or similar)
• Payment integration (Stripe / HitPay / Xfers)
• Hosting on AWS / Firebase / Supabase
• Push notifications (Firebase)
• Admin web dashboard (basic, functional)
