"I need a complete, production-ready taxi solution available on both iOS and Android. The system must cover the full operational flow—from a rider opening the passenger app to an administrator reviewing trip analytics—while also supporting a delivery-service mode for parcels or food.

Key deliverables
• Passenger booking app (iOS & Android) with real-time vehicle tracking on the map.
• Driver app (iOS & Android) that mirrors the passenger map, receives ride or delivery requests, and updates status in real time.
• Web-based admin panel to manage users, vehicles, pricing, promotions, and to monitor live trips.
• Delivery-service toggle so the same driver fleet can accept parcel or food orders, with distinct pickup/drop-off input screens.

Acceptance criteria
• Apps compile without errors and run smoothly on the latest iOS and Android versions.
• Real-time location updates refresh within two seconds using Google Maps, Mapbox, or a comparable SDK.
• A single back-end database keeps ride, delivery, and user data in sync across all modules.
• Admin panel exports trip and earnings reports to CSV.
• Source code, build files, and concise deployment documentation are handed over on completion.
