"Auction Mobile App – Project Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Flutter developer to build a high-performance mobile application for Android and iOS, utilizing Firebase as the backend. The app will function as an auction platform with distinct buyer and seller roles, emphasizing seamless bidding mechanics, credit management, and user history tracking.

Key Features:

Language Settings: A settings panel allowing the client to change the app language (Arabic/English).

Performance: The mobile application must handle up to 4,000 active bidding users simultaneously without lagging or crashing.

User Modes: Buyer and seller accounts, with the ability to switch roles or operate in one primary mode.

Product Posting: Sellers can upload and manage product listings with details, images, and descriptions.

Bidding System: Buyers can place bids on products within a predefined time frame.

Highest bid at the end wins.

Winner sees a trophy animation, app corners turn green, and they must provide their location on Google Maps to receive an order number.

Live Auction Display with Leaderboard: The app must display the number of users currently in the live auction and show a leaderboard reflecting their activity or standing.

Credit-Based Bidding:

Buyers must purchase credits in advance.

Bid = amount +tax (15%), e.g., 50 = 57.5 credits.

Credits are deducted upon bidding and refunded automatically if outbid.

History Views:

Buyers: Purchased products history.

Sellers: Sold products with bidding leaderboard history.

Each user: Personal bidding history.

Admin Panel:

Approve vendors.

Send notifications & promo codes.

Add other admins.

View users' credits & ongoing orders.

Add banners as advertisements on the top of the screen.

Full system control.

User behavior analysis (track engagement, most active users, bidding patterns, etc.).

Additional Contract Terms:

Source Code Ownership: Fully owned by the client

Knowledge Transfer: The developer must teach the client how to access the database and source codes.

No Extra Charges: The app must not cost the client more than the amount specified in the contract.

Payment Terms: Payment will be sent through Upwork after the client tests the app using a third-party agreed upon by both parties.,
