"I need a VPN desktop app made distributable for macOS and Windows. The app currently triggers virus warnings due to background setting changes, and I need these warnings resolved.

Key Tasks:
- Certify and sign the app to eliminate virus warnings
- Fix bugs and polish UI design
- Implement Google Sign-In via browser or standard username/password sign-in
- Display upgrade options for Plus and Unlimited plans
- Make a similar design to protonvpn's map design and system tray design (app startup too).

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Experience with VPN app development and distribution
