"I’m building a lightweight, private chat site that only students from my college can access. The experience should feel like a single anonymous group chat: every post appears under a system-generated username while I, as admin, can still see and manage each real account behind the scenes.

Core flow
• Students can join in one of two ways—either by a direct invite I issue or by signing up themselves and waiting for my approval.
• Once approved, they are dropped into the main chatroom where they can send text, photos, and videos.
• No names or emails are ever shown publicly; just the random handle you generate at signup.

Admin controls
I need a simple dashboard where I can:
• view the real user details paired with their random handle,
• ban or delete accounts instantly, and
• oversee conversation quality myself (I’m fine handling moderation manually; no automated filters are required for now).

Technical notes & deliverables
• Web-based application, responsive so it works nicely on phones.
• Capacity tested for roughly 400 concurrent users without lag.
• Clean, minimal UI—nothing fancy, just functional and intuitive.
• Well-commented code and brief setup guide so I can deploy on my own hosting.
