"I need a full-fledged online marketplace where third-party vendors can sign up and sell physical products. The core flows—vendor onboarding, product listing, customer cart, Razorpay checkout, shipment updates, and post-purchase order tracking—should feel seamless on both desktop and mobile.

For vendors, a dedicated dashboard is essential. It must let them manage inventory in real time, view sales analytics that highlight best-sellers and revenue trends, and launch their own coupon or discount campaigns without touching code. An admin panel on my side should allow me to approve stores and listings, settle payouts, and step in for customer support when needed.

Clean architecture matters more to me than the particular stack, so feel free to suggest WooCommerce + Dokan, Magento with a multi-seller module, or a custom MERN/Laravel build—just make sure Razorpay is the primary payment gateway; other gateways such as PayPal or Stripe can remain optional fallbacks.
