"I have an existing CodeIgniter application that needs to absorb 250 PDF pages and turn each of them into fully functional HTML views. Every page must mirror the original PDF layout pixel-for-pixel, so careful attention to fonts, spacing, images and overall structure is essential.

Within each new HTML page I need two kinds of form controls only—standard text inputs and radio buttons. No additional validation layers are required; the data simply needs to post through the usual CodeIgniter controller and land in a MySQL table.
