Project description:
"I want to bring LINSTOR into production on our Linux servers and need someone who can take me from a clean slate to a fully working, highly-available storage cluster. Your first task will be the complete installation and initial setup of LINSTOR on our existing nodes; once the cluster is online, I’d like a hands-on walkthrough so my team and I understand daily operations and best-practice maintenance.

You should already be comfortable with software-defined storage on Linux and have real-world experience deploying LINSTOR (or at least DRBD-based stacks). Familiarity with DRBD itself, multipath configurations, and common networking tweaks for low-latency replication will help the project move quickly. If you have VMware vSAN background, that’s a bonus, but the focus here is purely the LINSTOR layer.

Deliverables
• Working LINSTOR cluster installed and verified on the designated servers
• Step-by-step documentation of what was done (commands, config files, and reasoning)
• Live training session (remote screen-share is fine) covering everyday administration, scaling a new node, upgrading components, and basic troubleshooting
