"I'm looking for a skilled developer to create the Phase-1 of an AI-powered personal assistant app.

The app should be simple, lightweight, and functional, with future scalability in mind.
The platform should include:

1. User Onboarding
- Mobile number signup/login (OTP verification).
- Basic profile setup (Name, etc)
2. Dashboard (Home Screen)
3. - A simple AI Q&A integration (via OpenAI API / Gemini API / custom LLM hook).
- Limited queries per day per user (configurable).
- Responses saved in user’s history.
4. Admin Panel (Basic)
- Ability for me to see user signups.
- Export user data (CSV).
- Adjust query limits.

- I am open to No-code (Glide/Flutterflow)  OR  Lightweight custom-coded solution  (React/Flutter + Firebase backend).

Deliverables (Phase 1)

1. Functional prototype with the above features.
2. Deployment on web + Android (APK).
3. Documentation (how to manage queries, update AI key, reset user data).

Timeline: 3–4 weeks max
