Project description:
"I’m ready to build a full-featured wedding-planning website similar in spirit to [login to view URL] but tailored to my exact workflow. The look and feel must be modern and sleek, and guests will access their invitations through a straightforward email-and-password login.
Core functionality
• A master guest database that stores every column I currently track—title, last name, first names, status, attendance flag, party size, meal choice, dates sent and received, RSVP date, email, phone and any other notes. Inline editing and bulk import/export (CSV) are essential.
• Smart e-Invitation dispatch. I need to filter the master list by any column (for example only “Evening guests” or everyone marked “Awaiting RSVP”) and then send the appropriate e-card template in one click.
• E-card & RSVP editor. Drag-and-drop or WYSIWYG tools so I can load, tweak and re-use invitation and RSVP cards without touching code.
• Real-time RSVP tracking with clear dashboards: total attending, adults vs. kids, individual meal preferences and a downloadable report.
• Advertiser section. A dedicated area where vendors can buy space or upload banners; I’m open to your suggestion on how best to manage this (CMS module, ad manager plugin, or custom solution).
• Admin-only analytics for email delivery, open rates and RSVP conversions.
Tech & integration notes
– Front-end can be React, Vue or a lightweight alternative; back-end in Node, Laravel or Django—your call, provided it’s secure and maintainable.
– Clean database design (SQL or NoSQL) with clear relationships.
– The site must be responsive and pass basic accessibility checks.
– Please allow for SMTP or an email API such as SendGrid so bulk mail stays reliable.
