"My WordPress site looks solid on desktop, but the mobile experience still feels off. I want a developer who can work directly in the theme’s CSS (no heavy plugins) to:

• Re-flow the mobile layout so sections stack neatly and no elements spill outside the viewport.
• Tweak text and typography for smaller screens—legible font sizes, balanced line-height, and clean spacing.
• Refine header and footer styling, then turn the current header into a true sticky bar that stays fixed as the user scrolls. The design and colour scheme stay the same; this is strictly structural CSS work.

Please test on iOS and Android breakpoints before delivering the final CSS/JS snippets or child-theme files. I’ll provide theme access and staging credentials as soon as we start.
